Supply Chain HR Coordinator - Weekends

Job Summary
Conduct new associate onboarding by facilitating orientation, verifying HR system information, and administering I-9 verifications and drug screens. Maintain physical compliance documents, process termination same-day pay, and distribute money network cards. Secure interview rooms, support location experience visits, and manage facility communication updates on monitors and bulletin boards. Partner with people leaders to ensure accurate time-keeping and payroll data, and assist with associate conversions, transfers, and moves. Identify engagement opportunities and risks through daily associate interactions, and generate business reporting as directed. This weekend role supports site leadership and location experience visits for Lowe's home improvement stores.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in a retail environment
- 2 Years Administrative experience such as processing data, scheduling, monitoring and tracking information, and using office software
- 1 Year Experience administering confidential staff information such as personnel files and employment compliance data
- 1 Year Experience in a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff
- 2 Years Experience in a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years Experience in a retail environment or equivalent and relevant work experience
