Job Summary
Supports onboarding and HR administration, including orientation, I-9 verification, drug screening, payroll-related tasks, and maintenance of employee records and compliance materials. Coordinates site activities with leadership, assists with timekeeping and payroll data accuracy, supports benefits and engagement initiatives, and handles site communications and administrative duties such as badge distribution and equipment handling. Collaborates with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data, reporting, and compliance, while supporting location-specific events and employee experience initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in a retail environment
- 2 Years Administrative experience such as processing data, scheduling, monitoring and tracking information, and using office software
- 1 Year Experience administering confidential staff information such as personnel files and employment compliance data
- 1 Year Experience in a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff
