Job Summary
Partner with location leaders to align HR plans with business objectives, develop people strategies to drive performance, coach location teams on leadership and engagement, support talent assessment and development, collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans for multiple locations, drive HR operations during new location openings/closures, and participate in interviews and compliance activities; expected to contribute to organizational effectiveness through coaching, training, team-building events, and HR process alignment across locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED and 4 years experience in a Human Resouces function
- 4 Years Experience administering confidential staff information such as personnel files and employment compliance data
- 3 Years Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff
