Job Summary
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals while forecasting demand and planning inventory levels to meet production and customer needs. Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution functions, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure continuity and resilience. Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels by monitoring key performance indicators. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners, negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
