Job Summary
Process customer orders accurately, coordinate daily fulfillment and shipping, and prepare documentation while resolving delays and tracking exceptions. Maintain inventory records across ERP systems, perform cycle counts, and reconcile incoming shipments to ensure accurate stock levels. Create purchase orders, monitor vendor performance, and track inbound shipments to support procurement activities. Identify process inefficiencies, improve warehouse workflows, and standardize procedures by drafting SOPs and automating repetitive tasks using AI tools. Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports to analyze operational trends and support data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, or Fulfillment
- Experience coordinating shipments and inventory
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, or Zoho CRM
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, IoT, electronics, or hardware distribution
- Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, or other shipping platforms
- Experience with procurement and vendor management
- Familiarity with inventory forecasting and purchasing
- Exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Experience creating SOPs or improving operational processes
