Job Summary

Supply Chain Forecasting Analyst leads the demand forecasting process for the business group, developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts, analyzing market and demand trends, and supporting inventory optimization and working capital initiatives. Drives data-driven planning, operational improvements, and cross-functional decision-making. Responsibilities include managing monthly demand forecasts across three key business channels with Sales, Product Management, and Finance; measuring forecast accuracy, identifying root causes, and implementing improvements; supporting inventory management, open PO tracking, SKU rationalization, service levels, and working capital initiatives; improving master data quality and reporting accuracy; collaborating with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Procurement to resolve planning and execution issues; developing automated reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools; and performing ad hoc analyses as priorities evolve. Preferred experience includes SAP, Business Intelligence systems, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and multi-channel forecasting; ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment and communicate insights clearly. Education or experience requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on quantitative fields.
