Job Summary
Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles for logistics and warehouse operations, analyzing cost drivers to reduce expenses and improve operational efficiencies. Partner with Fulfillment, Logistics, and Operations teams to drive performance, develop insightful financial models, and monitor key performance indicators for strategic decision-making. Manage month-end financial reporting, review accruals for compliance, and deliver detailed variance analysis to Finance and Operations leadership. Support cost management initiatives, evaluate the financial impact of non-standard activities, and participate in cross-functional projects focused on supply chain optimization and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 7–9 years of advancing experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or similar finance roles
- 2–3 years of experience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or Operations functions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise
- Experience with Power BI and Power Query

- MBA and/or CPA designation
