Job Summary
Develop and implement supply chain finance strategies to optimize working capital and reduce costs. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve best-in-class pricing and terms. Analyze and mitigate supply chain risks, including currency, commodity, and supplier risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track supply chain finance performance. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain finance, preferably in the Middle East. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; certification in CSCFP, CSCP, CPIM, or CTP is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain finance, preferably in the Middle East
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain finance strategies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of supply chain finance concepts, including supplier financing, inventory financing, and logistics financing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with ERP systems
- Certification in any Supply Chain Finance, such as: Certified Supply Chain Finance Professional (CSCFP), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
