Job Summary
Lead forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and strategic planning for Indonesia Supply Chain. Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics teams to drive financial performance and deliver business targets. Provide insights on manufacturing costs, commodity market movements, logistics expenses, and productivity initiatives. Identify risks and opportunities, proactively supporting management decision-making and target delivery. Drive performance reporting, financial analysis, and continuous cost optimization across the supply chain. Manage intercompany/export pricing and support strategic investment and supply chain transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Good business partnering and analytical/logical thinking
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, Finance, or Accounting
- 8+yrs experience with exposure to financial planning and financial analysis
- Proven experience in relevant field in FMCG company
