Job Summary
Coordinate daily field support for Superintendents and trades by planning, receiving, staging, and tracking construction materials on site. Verify quantities and condition of deliveries against purchase orders, maintain accurate logs, and organize laydown areas to ensure materials are ready before crew mobilization. Track waste, issue materials to field crews, and manage vendor delivery timing to support just-in-time strategies and schedule adherence. Maintain clean, safe staging zones and escalate shortages or damages immediately to the Executions Lead. Requires full-time outdoor presence with heavy equipment exposure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in a field construction setting
- Proven experience in material management
- Hands-on experience receiving, staging, and distributing materials
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Act as a representative and advocate of JPI's culture and guiding principles
- Maintain full-time position in the field
- Comfortable working outdoors and around heavy equipment
