Job Summary
Analyze sales data to forecast product demand and maintain optimal inventory levels. Ensure timely order processing and delivery by coordinating with external suppliers and 3PL warehouses for inventory control and outbound freight. Monitor third-party vendor performance against SLAs and proactively resolve supply or logistics disruptions. Manage demand planning, order fulfillment, and vendor coordination to support efficient delivery and inventory management within the Malaysia operation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement
- Strong Excel and ERP/system skills
- Knows to deals with ambiguity and acts with sense of urgency
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
