Job Summary
Supply Chain Execution Manager responsible for leading and developing the Execution vertical within the Supply Chain department, overseeing a team of Execution Leads and Specialists across multiple projects. Drives strategy and operational performance of material procurement, logistics, and delivery to support construction operations at scale. Develops and maintains execution playbooks and SOPs, ensures cross-project visibility, and serves as senior escalation point for field, project, and vendor issues. Manages vendor relationships, performance, and delivery reliability; partners with project teams to align material delivery with schedules; requires in-person collaboration in Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in construction logistics, procurement, or materials coordination
- at least 2 years in a people management or team lead capacity
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage a team across multiple concurrent projects
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and jobsite operations
- Experience building or improving supply chain processes and SOPs at scale
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data across projects
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Maintain full-time, in-person collaboration (Monday–Friday)
- Combination of office and jobsite environment
- Regular project site visits across the portfolio
- Lead and develop direct reports in a high-accountability, high-support environment
