Job Summary
Support the identification, analysis, and execution of Supply Chain transformation initiatives, with a specific focus on Transportation Planning and analytics. Contribute to the definition and monitoring of transportation KPIs, perform data analysis to identify improvement opportunities, and develop dashboards for performance tracking. Manage project planning, timeline definition, and activity tracking while monitoring milestones, risks, and dependencies across initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, IT, and external consultants to ensure alignment and facilitate communication on project activities. Prepare governance materials, track benefits, and ensure structured documentation of transformation outcomes. Work in close collaboration with the Supply Chain Excellence Senior PMO to support the execution of the transformation roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Transportation Planning, Logistics, or Planning Analytics with exposure to Supply Chain
- Good understanding of transportation processes, logistics flows, and cost drivers
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data (Excel, BI tools, reporting)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Interest in transportation optimization and Supply Chain analytics
- Structured and organized approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive attitude and ownership
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Demand/Supply Planning (a plus but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with Supply Chain systems (SAP IBP, PPDS, Transportation Management systems or similar) is a plus
