Supply Chain Engineer

Own sourcing strategy and supplier execution across the full robot BOM, including actuators, motors, gearboxes, sensors, compute modules, PCBAs, harnessing, and mechanical assemblies. Build a resilient global supply base through supplier selection, capacity planning, dual-sourcing, and risk mitigation while establishing performance management frameworks. Drive cost improvements via negotiation, should-cost analysis, and value engineering to meet aggressive targets. Partner with engineering teams to ensure design for manufacturability and material continuity across in-house and outsourced manufacturing using MRP/ERP systems. Lead the transition from prototype to contract manufacturing, including CM qualification and operational scaling, while supporting NPI and production ramp activities across Asia Pacific. Perform supplier financial research and synthesize supply risks for leadership.
