Job Summary
Supply Chain Engineer in the Ramp Enablement team focusing on supplier-related tasks, tool ramp planning, vendor information submission and tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to monitor supplier performance, drive improvements in quality, reliability, yield, and cost. Responsibilities include engaging with area coordinators, validating tool durations and schedule accuracy, ensuring timely vendor documentation, leading a four-person team for IQ/SQ reviews, aligning VF realignment to vendor resourcing, and supporting accelerated tool deployments with data-driven dashboards (Power BI). Qualifications emphasize installation/qualification of equipment, strategic thinking, adaptability, and excellent written/oral communication to influence stakeholders across levels. Authorization: on-site role in US (Phoenix, AZ) with a focus on ramping programs and supplier management in semiconductor foundry operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in equipment, program management, or ramping/sustaining factory tools
- Experience with suppliers and foundry ramp planning processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Proficiency with Power BI for dashboards and capacity visuals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently within a team
- Not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
