Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in equipment, program management, or ramping/sustaining factory tools
  • Experience with suppliers and foundry ramp planning processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
  • Proficiency with Power BI for dashboards and capacity visuals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently within a team
  • Not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
