Job Summary
As a Supply Chain Engineer, you will independently analyze, evaluate, and optimize processes, logistics, and transportation concepts in global supply chains. Responsibilities include strategic planning of logistics networks, supply chain data analysis, and the development of cost reduction initiatives. You will support change management, manage functional projects, and actively participate in knowledge management through training initiatives. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or business, possess relevant experience in logistics/supply chain management, and have strong analytical skills. Proficiency in English and tools like MS Office and Tableau is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering or business studies (ideally with a major in Logistics/Supply Chain)
- Relevant work experience in network/transportation planning and optimization within an international corporation in the automotive, FMCG, or another relevant industry, or with a 4PL
- Expertise in the field of Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Fluent communication in English
- Comfortable working with international teams and clients
- High level of competence in analytical and systematic thinking, process-oriented thinking, conceptual skills, creativity, and problem-solving
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
