Job Summary
Prepare and lead sourcing and tender processes while identifying, selecting, and developing new suppliers for the Low Voltage Switchgear business unit. Manage relationships with existing suppliers through evaluation and support, negotiating commercial terms focused on cost, quality, and delivery reliability. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize material costs, improve supply chain efficiency, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Support supplier audits and work with the SAP ERP system to drive cost optimization and competitiveness. This onsite role is based in Blučina, Czech Republic, and requires a process-oriented mindset with proficiency in MS Office and strong negotiation skills.
