Job Summary
Supply Chain & E-commerce Operations Coordinator responsible for managing returns, coordinating with 3PL warehouses, monitoring inbound shipments and inventory receipts, creating inbound shipments in NetSuite, tracking order fulfillment, and supporting Shopify and Amazon FBA operations. You will maintain operational reports, communicate with U.S.-based teams and external partners, identify process improvements, and update SOPs. Requires 3+ years in supply chain or related fields, proficiency with NetSuite, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central/FBA, experience with 3PL providers, advanced Excel/Sheets skills, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent English communication. This is a 100% remote, full-time role with US Eastern Time hours, open to applicants globally (remote work from anywhere).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, or E-commerce Operations
- Experience with NetSuite
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon FBA
- Experience working with 3PL providers
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills
- Dedicated home office or quiet workspace
- Windows or macOS computer with modern performance standards (no Chromebooks)
- Stable internet with wired connection (20 Mbps up/down)
- USB or wired headset

- Ability to receive contractor payments through Wise
- Must attend meetings with camera on
- Must be available to work full-time Mon-Fri 9am-6pm US Eastern Time
