Job Summary
Coordinate and manage supply chain documentation for food grade operations, including load-out paperwork, scale in/out of trucks, inventory paperwork for railcars, and managing loading schedules. Operates in-house database system and ensures compliance with food grade rules and regulations. Reviews all load paperwork for accuracy before submission to drivers and supports the trailer washing process. Requires data entry and computer skills, ability to work in outdoor and indoor environments, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Schedule includes hours with some Saturdays and potential changes by management.

- Excellent with data entry and use of computer programs
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
