Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations at the Madrid warehouse, serving as the logistics hub for Portugal, while managing third-party logistics provider relationships and ensuring efficient goods flow and inventory accuracy. Design and implement replenishment processes across the Iberian market, defining reordering policies aligned with sales trends and driving continuous improvement in forecasting. Manage inbound and outbound transport coordination, optimize carrier relationships for cost-effective delivery, and lead a team of 5–7 people focused on warehouse operations and inventory management. This role involves building scalable supply chain foundations to support future growth and the integration of Portuguese warehouse operations within a €4.1 billion retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain management
- Solid background in both warehouse operations and inventory/replenishment management
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PL)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Fluent in Spanish
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Willingness to be based in Madrid
- Comfortable working in a structured, results-driven international environment
