Job Summary
Supply Chain Director, Office of Strategic Execution (OSE) leads strategic supply chain initiatives (site consolidations, enterprise transformations, and network optimization) with end-to-end planning and execution to align demand, capacity, inventory, and financial objectives. The role drives SIOP/S&OE processes, end-to-end automation projects, a multi-year digital roadmap, smart warehousing and automation (robotics, AS/RS, vision systems, autonomous material handling), and integration with ERP/SAP. Collaboration across IT, engineering, operations, commercial, and finance is required to deliver ROI, maintain business continuity, and enable change management and training for automation and digital tools. Responsibilities include cross-functional program leadership, digital maturity modeling, Industry 4.0 implementation across warehousing and distribution, and ongoing governance of risk, metrics, and stakeholder communication. The position emphasizes leadership of large-scale transformations, data-driven decision-making, and driving efficiency and agility in the supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, purchasing, manufacturing, project management, or related functions
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing direct and/or cross-functional teams
- Strong experience with SIOP/S&OE, supply planning, inventory management, and operational execution
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale operational or supply chain transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, changing environments and manage through ambiguity
- Preferred qualifications: Experience supporting site consolidations, transfers, closures, or network optimization initiatives
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred
- ASCM/CPIM certification preferred
- Consumer Goods, Electronics, Automotive Aftermarket, or industrial manufacturing experience preferred
- Travel: 50% - 60% travel as needed to support operational and strategic execution initiatives
