Supply Chain Director

Lead global and regional sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials while driving supplier localization initiatives, value engineering programs, and cost reduction projects. Negotiate commercial agreements, long-term supply contracts, pricing, and supplier performance expectations, and work closely with Global Commodity teams to develop Kanban programs and replenishment strategies. Oversee demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and material availability to ensure service levels, inventory targets, and production continuity. Establish strategic partnerships with key suppliers, monitor performance through KPI scorecards, and lead corrective action and risk mitigation activities. Manage inbound and outbound logistics strategies to optimize freight, warehousing, transportation costs, and trade compliance practices. Develop and execute supply chain cost reduction strategies, identify productivity improvement opportunities through process optimization and digitalization, and drive inventory optimization initiatives. Manage supply chain budgets, inventory investment, PPV savings, working capital, and productivity initiatives while ensuring alignment with business financial objectives. Develop and implement Supply Chain quality strategies aligned with corporate QMS, customer requirements, and regulatory standards, ensuring successful completion of customer, certification, internal, and external audits. Develop supply chain risk assessment and mitigation strategies, lead contingency planning for geopolitical, supplier, capacity, and logistics risks, and support business continuity planning to minimize operational disruptions.
