Supply Chain Digital Transformation Manager

Develop and execute the organization's supply chain digital transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy. Lead digital transformation initiatives across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, and warehousing. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI, machine learning, and process optimization. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to implement enterprise technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions, or Anaplan. Manage cross-functional implementation projects from business case development through deployment and post-launch optimization. Analyze existing business processes to redesign workflows and drive adoption of digital tools through stakeholder engagement and training. Establish governance for digital initiatives while ensuring data integrity and standardized business processes. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve supply chain capabilities. Collaborate with external software vendors and system integrators. Build business cases demonstrating ROI, productivity improvements, cost savings, and service level improvements.
