Supply Chain Digital Transformation Manager

Develop and execute the supply chain digital transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy. Lead initiatives across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, and warehousing. Identify efficiency opportunities through automation, AI, machine learning, and process optimization. Partner with IT and stakeholders to implement enterprise technologies like SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or Anaplan. Manage cross-functional projects from business case development through deployment and post-launch optimization. Analyze workflows to improve speed, quality, cost, and customer service. Drive tool adoption via stakeholder engagement and change management. Develop dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, Tableau, or SQL to measure performance. Establish governance for digital initiatives while ensuring data integrity. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
