Supply Chain Development Advisor

Supply Chain Development Advisor responsible for monitoring OMS logic across all delivery methods and fulfilment locations in the UK and Europe; collaborate with OMS partners such as OneStock, Shopify and Fluent; support cross-functional supply chain projects from warehouse to carrier to returns; analyze end-to-end performance and troubleshoot processes to improve the customer proposition; maintain stability of current OMS logic and processes for digital orders; manage transactional communication journeys for online fulfilment; liaise with Retail, Merch, Trade & Transport; maintain supplier relationships and OMS-system visibility; contribute data and knowledge to project scopes and respond to BAU queries; build relationships across JD internal teams and stakeholders; perform data analysis and complete required tasks with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
