Job Summary
Develop and implement demand management strategies to align supply with forecasted demand. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory planning. Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform demand management strategies. Monitor and report on KPIs to measure success of demand management initiatives. Support new product launches by coordinating cross-functional efforts for smooth execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
- 6-8 years of experience in supply chain demand management or CPFR
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP or similar systems
