Job Summary
Prepare operational reports in Excel and consolidate data to update the ERP system for internal sales order management. Update customer purchase orders within the ERP and communicate delivery status to customers. Gather and consolidate information to ensure accurate reporting and supply chain management. This role supports the Customer Service team in various day-to-day activities related to order entry and customer interfacing.
Required Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th year student or newly graduate in Economics, Logistics, Business Administration or similar specialty
- Good knowledge in MS Office Products
- Excellent command of English language
- Interested in client service and customer interfacing
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
