Supply Chain / Coverage Specialist (PRN)

Pick and stage medical supplies to various departments based on established par levels, ensuring accurate inventory management and FIFO stock rotation. Monitor expiration dates, replenish supply carts, and maintain organized storage areas while documenting all distributions and discrepancies. Transport medical supplies, equipment, mail, and lab specimens between departments, off-site locations, and external partners using company vehicles, optimizing routes and maintaining chain of custody. Operate safely in adherence to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA. Cover supply chain functions during staff absences or increased workloads with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and short-notice shifts.
