Job Summary
Detail-oriented Supply Chain Cost Analyst & MRP Planner to oversee timely and accurate cost submittals, support revenue capture, and drive accurate demand forecasting within the MRP system. Partners with supply chain, finance, suppliers, and airline customers to maintain pricing accuracy, monitor submitted costs, support accrued revenue analysis, and build data structures for reliable planning. You’ll forecast demand, maintain master pricing data, and perform ad hoc analyses to support leadership decision-making. Functions include monitoring cost submittals for airline customers, analyzing RFQ inputs for pricing accuracy, maintaining supplier cost structures and pricing, tracking submissions and exceptions, supporting accrued revenue and P&L analyses, building crew and special meal structures in Scorpio, running MRP to forecast demand and set orders, and attending customer menu presentations to ensure specifications are priced correctly.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of supply chain management experience or equivalent experience
- Food service industry experience preferred
- Working knowledge of purchasing cycles, sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and material requirements planning
- Strong understanding of demand planning, safety stock, order quantities, storage requirements, and MRP-driven scheduling
- APICS CPIM certification is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and a highly analytical, detail-oriented working style
