Job Summary
Create and track purchase orders against demand forecasts and production plans while coordinating with Asia-based suppliers on lead times and delivery schedules. Manage inventory across sites for stock accuracy and reconciliation, and oversee international shipping, freight forwarders, and customs documentation. Support sourcing for new components and alternative suppliers to maintain supply chain flow from origin to the Kewdale facility. Requires 3+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing, ERP proficiency, and full working rights in Australia.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' procurement or supply chain experience in a manufacturing or physical-product business
- Proven experience coordinating Asia-based suppliers, and comfort navigating the cultural and business nuances that come with it
- Hands-on experience with an ERP system
- Experience owning purchase orders end to end: created, tracked and reconciled
- Full working rights in Australia and able to work onsite at our Kewdale facility
Desired Qualifications
- Experience coordinating DG documentation or shipping/customs paperwork
- Experience with Pronto ERP specifically
- Exposure to demand forecasting or planning
- Experience managing multiple freight forwarders directly
- A qualification in supply chain, business or logistics
