Supply Chain Coordinator — NSW

Supply Chain Coordinator role focused on coordinating international and local purchasing, import coordination, freight, and inventory visibility to ensure on-time delivery across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include raising and following up on POs with suppliers, monitoring order confirmations and ETAs/ETDs, coordinating inbound imports with freight forwarders and customs brokers, maintaining ERP data on orders and stock movements, and supporting supplier performance and inventory visibility. The role requires hands-on experience in supply chain, purchasing, imports, freight, and inventory, with a proactive, accountable approach and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. Highly desirable to have experience across warehouse replenishment, distributor orders, customer orders, and project requirements, plus proficiency with supplier coordination and end-to-end visibility.
