Job Summary
Supply Chain Coordinator II oversees receipt, unpacking, and restocking of supplies and small equipment for a hospital unit, ensuring accurate inventory and timely replenishment from the central storeroom. Responsibilities include managing receipt and put-away, maintaining adequate par levels for fast-moving items, coordinating with the hospital’s ERP system for goods receipts, and escalating clinical or administrative issues as needed. The role supports inbound receiving and on-time delivery, participates in daily huddles, and ensures compliance with Joint Commission regulations. Requires two years of supply chain experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Evening shift, 40 hours per week, with some holidays and initial training required.
