Job Summary
Coordinate supply chain activities in a warehouse to receive, label, store, and fill Vessel orders; manage inventory, procurement, vendor communications, and transport of crew to vessels. Responsibilities include sourcing materials, completing grocery orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining procure-to-pay processes, meeting procurement KPIs, performing quality control on stock, organizing warehouse space, preparing orders for shipment with pick lists, operating stock-management tools (forklift, boom lift, pallet scale), counting stock, and ensuring timely deliveries. Requires Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field, driver license, 1-2 years warehouse/marine experience, proficiency with MS Office, strong time-management and communication skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Maintain a valid driver license
- 1-2 years of warehouse or marine experience
- Ability to utilize basic Microsoft Office tools
