Job Summary
Supply Chain Support Coordinator responsibilities include end-to-end operational support for Comparator projects from PO issuance to delivery, ensuring on-time, compliant service delivery and alignment with Thermo Fisher quality standards. Key duties involve PO management (generation, attachments, monitoring), coordinating incoming goods and logistics, ensuring required documentation (CoA, MSDS, etc.), coordinating outbound shipments and freight with Logistics, and maintaining accurate tracking and accruals in Salesforce and related systems. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Project Management, Logistics, Finance, QA, and external suppliers, adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements in a GxP environment, and ongoing process improvements to optimize shipment cost efficiency and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably within a pharmaceutical environment
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field OR equivalent education
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and Incoterms (beneficial)
- Strong multitasking ability with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
