Job Summary
Monitor inventory levels and production demands from a strategic standpoint while resolving ad-hoc OTIFIQ deviations and serving as the primary point of contact for supplier communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and warehouse to ensure alignment on agreements, updates, and exceptions. Focus on minimizing waste by closely monitoring delivery details, identifying root causes, and implementing future-proof adjustments to ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered. Report on supplier performance by gathering and analyzing feedback related to process compliance and overall supplier effectiveness. Actively engage in team meetings to share insights and encourage best practices while continuously optimizing processes and implementing sustainable, long-term solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain preferably in the food sector and/or from a production company
- Independent right to work in Ireland
- Strong quantitative and analytical experience
- Expertise with WMS and/or ERP systems
- Expertise with Excel
- Expertise with Tableau
- Strong continuous improvement mindset
- Analytical and problem-solving expertise
- Proactive, ambitious, and assertive mindset
- Proven track record of getting things done
- Comfortable solving problems and making quick decisions on the go
