Job Summary
Order supplies, receipt, and ship inventory for the ADT Consumer Small Business office while maintaining accurate records in Oracle and Perpetual Inventory systems. Document transactions, reconcile physical inventory against booked stock, and investigate discrepancies daily. Process purchase orders, replenish truck stock, and verify parts for Residential, Small Business, and Commercial installations. Ensure the warehouse remains safe, organized, and compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines and legal document retention policies. Maintain product knowledge to answer technical questions regarding work orders and equipment needs. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb a ladder
Desired Qualifications
- College degree
- 3 years of material handling and inventory control experience
- Experience working with a computerized, perpetual inventory management system
- Working knowledge of perpetual inventory management system
- Strong computer skills, (e.g., Microsoft Office, especially in excel)
- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate warehouse related equipment
