Supply Chain & Contract Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct vendor onboarding and contract lifecycle management by overseeing new agreement workflows, managing redlines, and executing vendor work orders tied to active MSAs. Facilitate communication between business, legal, and risk functions to resolve stakeholder pain points while maintaining vendor tracking logs and contract renewal advisories. Build and maintain OpenInvoice pricebooks, validate pricing against negotiated RFx rates, and ensure invoice compliance across corporate, direct, and capital spend. Manage the corporate vehicle fleet, including requests, disposals, and total cost of ownership analysis, while supporting materials management processes in OpenMaterials and the ISNet system. Create managerial reports and Power BI dashboards that consolidate data from multiple sources to track contract cycle times and support financial cost analysis for operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of upstream oil & gas experience, or relevant experience
- Supply chain management experience
- MSA and MSA vendor management
- Spend analysis and reconciliations
- Contracts management workflow
- Cost/should-cost modeling and benchmarking
- RFx bidding process / strategic sourcing
- Highly proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Supply chain management experience, including: MSA and MSA vendor management
- Spend analysis and reconciliations
- Contracts management workflow
- Cost/should-cost modeling and benchmarking
- RFx bidding process / strategic sourcing
- Fleet, asset, or lease management exposure
- OpenInvoice and ISNet software functionality and administration knowledge
- Experience with contract lifecycle management software (e.g., LinkSquares) and materials management systems (e.g., OpenMaterials)
- Agentic AI, Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting experience
- 3 years of upstream oil & gas experience, or relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Business major
