Job Summary
Partner with customers to unlock supply chain-wide transformation needs, driving growth, cost reduction, and innovation. Dive into current business processes across life sciences, food & beverages, and manufacturing to streamline operations. Organize and facilitate client workshops to uncover unique needs and challenges, then collaborate with stakeholders to design concept books detailing innovative processes and organizational changes. Support the entire implementation process to ensure a smooth transition to new working methods. Requires 1 to 2 years of experience in supply chain and operations, fluency in English, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a supply chain and operations role
- Experience in the Life Sciences, Chemicals or Consumer Packaged Goods sector
- Basic understanding of supply chain tools
- Experience working with an ERP
- Interest in data analytics
- Fluency in English
- Introduction to Supply Chain Processes as part of a University Degree in Business Engineering, Civil engineering – operational research, applied economics or within an MBA program
