Supply Chain Communications Manager

Job Summary
Lead internal and external supply chain communications. Develop and implement strategies for supplier onboarding, sourcing, logistics, and compliance initiatives, translating complex supply chain activities and metrics into clear content for non-supply-chain audiences. Lead internal communications to inform the broader organization of initiatives, milestones, and priorities, and create executive summaries, dashboards, and enterprise updates. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Legal, and Supply Chain teams to ensure digital content supports onboarding, compliance, transparency, and engagement. Manage digital presence for supplier/vendor pages and portals, writing and maintaining procedures, playbooks, FAQs, and templates in repositories like Asana. Coordinate supplier onboarding, sourcing events, logistics changes, and transformation initiatives; act as a communications bridge between Supply Chain and internal partners. Leverage analytics and engagement metrics to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve messaging, usability, and awareness. Provide leadership for supply chain transformations, system implementations, and process improvements, including coordinating logistics for supplier meetings and events; balance multiple priorities with accuracy and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in communications, supply chain, procurement, or a related operational environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and influence cross-functional partners
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to learn and adopt new tools and platforms (e.g., Asana)
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting supplier portals, web content, or digital onboarding experiences
- Experience with Salesforce or other supply chain, CRM, or enterprise platforms
- Background in enterprise communications, change management, or supply chain transformation initiatives
