Job Summary
Draft and negotiate supply chain, transportation, and logistics agreements for procurement, warehousing, and distribution. Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters, including federal transportation regulations, import/export controls, customs laws, and international trade regulations. Assist clients in mitigating supply chain risks such as supplier disputes, product recalls, and supply disruptions while ensuring adherence to ethical sourcing standards. Licensed U.S. attorney with 3+ years of experience in supply chain or transportation law. Full-time employment with competitive compensation ranging from $71,250 to $325,000. Required Qualifications
- Licensed U.S. attorney
- 3+ years of experience practicing law
- Focus on supply chain, transportation, or logistics law
- Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department setting
- Strong knowledge of U.S. transportation laws and regulations
- Strong knowledge of international laws and regulations relevant to supply chain management
- Knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- Knowledge of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements related to supply chain processes
- Experience with vendor agreements
- Experience with supplier agreements
- Experience with distribution agreements
- Experience with service agreements

- Possessing the necessary legal authorization to work
