Supply Chain Co-Ordinator

Job Summary
Input sales orders into internal software systems daily, ensuring accuracy for EDI and third-party logistics locations. Coordinate collection times, manage stock movements across Ireland and Great Britain, and liaise with customer distribution centres and haulage partners. Complete Advance Shipping Notices, customs declarations, and export health certificates for UK loads. Arrange daily product intake with suppliers, manage returnable packaging, and reconcile daily reports with relevant departments. Resolve shipment and inventory issues while attending internal planning and logistics meetings to ensure efficient shipping and distribution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar supply chain, logistics, or operations support role
- Strong IT proficiency, with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across departments and with external partners
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Previous industry experience with strong analytical ability would be advantageous
- Third-level qualification is advantageous but not essential
