Job Summary
Input daily item orders, perform stock checks, and manage customer pickups. Ensure inventory items are counted, rotated, and replenished while checking for compromised or expired products. Receive inbound materials, mark them with identifying information, and sort stock on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences. Operate material handling equipment for product receiving, disbursement, and moving carts to loading docks. Arrange materials for order assembly and assist with customer requests while maintaining onsite housekeeping standards. Requires basic math skills, English communication, and ability to meet physical demands.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 months of related work or training
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Must have basic math skills (addition/subtraction)
- Must have a high sense of urgency
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least 1 year experience working in a hospital environment
