Job Summary
Manage and process supply chain claims with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring timely adjudication while maintaining detailed records. Coordinate with departments to resolve complex issues, gather and analyze data to validate claims, and support audits. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and external parties to liaise promptly on inquiries. Organize claim files and proactively track vendor progress through resolution. Requires fluent English and Spanish, strong analytical skills, and experience in customer service or accounting. On-site five days per week at ATEC Logistics in Maitland, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or relevant work experience
- 3-5 years Customer Service experience
- 1-2 years accounting experience
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in other Microsoft suite programs
- Access, GP Dynamics ERP
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities
- Ability to manage deadlines and process claims promptly
- Demonstrated commitment to responsibility, punctuality, and reliability
- Excellent communication skills
