Job Summary
Analyze supply and demand for specific product categories to minimize overstock and out-of-stock occurrences while executing inventory replenishment decisions based on historical data trends. Serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain communication with suppliers, managing production planning, component lead times, and product portfolio transitions. Proactively gather information to make rational forecasting decisions, develop purchase requirements, and implement strategies to reduce inventory obsolescence and RMA rates. Coordinate with Product Managers, Marketing, and cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Legal to support product availability, rollout timelines, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain organized data for month-end reporting and KPI reviews while facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Mathematics or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar role
- On occasion, ability to work outside of standard business hours with overseas stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter who can operate independently
- Team player with a positive attitude and high degree of flexibility
- Working knowledge of MS Office, with strong Excel skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with MicroStrategy and PowerBI is a plus
