Job Summary
The role focuses on extracting and analyzing complex operational data, building and enhancing Power BI dashboards, and supporting order fulfillment operations while partnering with business stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and process efficiency. Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders and IT teams to align technology with operational strategies, extracting and interpreting data to support decision-making, maintaining Power BI dashboards, supporting daily reporting needs for fulfillment managers, translating business requirements into technical solutions, conducting ROI/cost-benefit analyses for system implementations, and communicating risks and timelines to stakeholders. The candidate should combine supply chain operations knowledge with data analytics and reporting expertise, thrive in a fast-moving enterprise environment, and ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related technical field
- 5-7 years of experience in business systems analysis, data analytics, supply chain operations, or related environments
- 3+ years of data analysis and reporting experience with complex datasets
- 3+ years of supply chain operations or supply chain analytics experience
- 3+ years of Microsoft Office experience, including advanced Excel capabilities
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences
