Supply Chain Business Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct planning, coordination, and analysis of market research studies to support strategic recommendations, benchmarking, and financial reporting. Compare specifications and solutions to develop performance criteria, while creating and maintaining contract records, bid rate sheets, and business continuity plans. Monitor spend intelligence tools to support negotiation preparation and cost savings tracking, and manually enter contract rates with full compliance adherence. Initiate and track ServiceNow cases for procurement support, troubleshoot system issues, and serve as the primary contact for contract administration inquiries. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive problem-solving and progress reporting on specific initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Finance, Accounting, or related field of study such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology
- minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and Fleet or related business category such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology
- Associate's Degree in related field of study
- minimum of 5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Fleet or related business category such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Fleet or related business category such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology
- Understands the components of the organization, its stakeholders, and how procurement activities support business objectives
- Demonstrates teamwork skills, including collaboration, commitment, active listening, stakeholder identification, and acknowledgement of diverse perspectives
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates the highest standards of ethical behavior and supports the Company's Corporate Code of Conduct
- Demonstrates a moderate level of Microsoft Office proficiency
