Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical solutions supporting Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Production Support. Transform, cleanse, and model data from multiple source systems into scalable datasets while ensuring accuracy and consistency of KPIs. Gather business requirements to translate them into effective reporting tools and act as a trusted partner in delivering data-driven insights. Drive the optimization, redesign, and enhancement of analytics initiatives, collaborating with IT teams on data integration and documenting processes for sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a similar role
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including Data Modeling, DAX, Power Query, Dashboard Design, and Performance Optimization
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and highly organized
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge existing approaches and propose innovative solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP data and reporting environments is a strong asset
