Supply Chain Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and support supply chain assurance activities, including audits, reviews, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives for Defence subcontractors. Monitor performance against contractual requirements, service levels, quality standards, and safety expectations while identifying and mitigating risks that impact program delivery. Maintain accurate assurance records, performance reporting, and compliance documentation to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to facilitate effective governance and information sharing. This permanent full-time role is based in Sydney and requires a Baseline security clearance or higher.
Required Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Procurement, Project Management, Quality Management or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, subcontractor management or assurance within a complex or regulated environment
- Knowledge of supply chain governance, risk management and performance monitoring principles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, interpret data and provide practical recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Active Baseline Defence Security Clearance
- AGSVA security clearance
- Compliance to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- Must be based in Sydney

Desired Qualifications
- Desirable Experience working in the Defence industry or a regulated engineering, maritime, aerospace or sustainment environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- SAP or other ERP systems experience
- ISO standards experience
