Supply Chain Associate

Job Summary
Create sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and courier labels for eCommerce, retail, wholesale, and intercompany demands. Coordinate with warehouse and courier logistics for timely delivery while monitoring incoming shipments and updating inventory systems. Support ERP transaction discipline, manage export and import shipment status, and delegate tasks by urgency to ensure daily completion. Perform housekeeping and inventory management for Singapore and overseas markets including Brunei, Malaysia, Thailand, and Philippines. This 5.5-day week role supports Swee Lee's mission as Southeast Asia's leading musical instrument retailer.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in logistics or any other supply chain-related field
- A degree or diploma certificate in Supply Chain/Engineering is preferred for fresh graduates
- Professional certifications in supply chain will be an added advantage
- Strong detail tracking and documentation skills
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset
- Exceptional writing, communication/presentation, and negotiating skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Customer experience focused
- Perform as a team player with a good working attitude
- Advanced computer competency, including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), mail merge
- Written and verbal communication in English is required for this role
- Priority will be given to immediate starters
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates who can perform paperwork and administrative tasks are preferred
