Job Summary
Support Order-to-Invoice (O2I) supply chain processes including order management, backorder resolution, customer query handling, and SAP entry; maintain Customer Master Data, Bill of Materials, and Material Extensions in SAP; generate KPI reports, coordinate with planners and logistics providers to optimize material movement, assist in documentation, and contribute to process improvements; ensure compliance with QMS and SOPs, and train new team members; effective communication in English and strong stakeholder engagement; 3–5 years of experience in supply chain operations and customer service; Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years in supply chain operations, customer service, order handling, transportation, or backorder management
- Proficiency in SAP R/3 SD, CRM, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other supply chain management tools
- Experience in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
